This one only the Aircooled VW fans will get.
Its a 60's VW single cab pick up. built as a Vespa repair truck.
Lowered chassis with Porsche rims, Safari windows and wipers.
Scratch built roof rack and a 1953 Vespa mounted on the rear.
Still bits to do but isn't that always the case.

Really love it, wish I could have the 1:1 too!!

Its the one Pendles sell, really good quality.
Had a 65 1:1 Camper a few years back, big aircooled VW fan, have a Beetle Cabriolet with a 2000cc engine at the moment, great fun in the sun.

Thanks for that, glad someone got what i was after.
The chassis is a resin one that is designed for these bodies.
Think the rims work well.

Sorry no, never seem to remember till I'm near the end. Scratch built safaris, roof rack, rope wrapped bumper and graphics.
Wish i could find a resin camper, anyone know of someone who makes one?

T1s and T2s always look great on those Fuchs rims !

My old man had a T2 and by a bit of trickery, I got the guy who looked after it to lower the suspension, it looked fantastic! the plan being to aquire it when he finally came to sell it. My ex wife put the block on that at the time, I still see it and always ask the guy to sell it to me but he's holding out so far..

Might need to take a look at those Pendle kits.......
