I've not seen the Scalextric banked curve at my local hobby shop. Wasn't it supposed to be released by now?

TIA

I've seen them about here in Australia anyhow (I think - I have "classic" & scx track so I don't look too hard). Actually I'm a little peeved 'cause I decided they'd come out in R3 & R4 not R2 & R3 in my own head & designed a Monza to suit..

Hi Randy Brown

Tecnitoys have just re-released the banking curves in Spain (Classis track).

Called Curva Peraltada there in the shops in Spain, may be of use?

Sorry the picture is so small it was the first i found:

But take a look at www.scalextric.es for more info.

No plans (as far as i know) to release this as SCX or outside of Spain.

Gareth, is that a full-on re-release of the old Scaley version? Only, modern wagons would ground out part-way around; but they've got a shot of their TT (which is quite a long wheelbase -shurely (sic) it would scrape it's derriere?) on that packaging and also, the curve looks more subtle than the old vicious curves?
