I thought I read here recently that BSCRA has changed its standard for track wiring polarity from positive to negative, in keeping with the way Scaley Sport, Carrera, and Ninco sets come wired out of the box and the emergence of diode-based controllers.
Negative polarity would be power supply + to brake, - to power on the controller. BSCRA web pages do not look like they have been recently updated - still only mention transistor-based controllers.
Can anybody tell me what the current standard is?
Thanks,
Paul
