Go for the Fiat 500!!!!!

It is one of the most unusual slot cars to build (tall and short wheelbase)!!

I have already buildt one, I put it on a Plafit 124mini chassis with a Fox Motor. At 10 Volts a real blast to drive, plus all the marshalls in the corner try to grab the car as everybody thinks: ".... he is never gonna make this corner!!!"
I also put Ortmann tires on the rear wheels.

Brialliant car!!!!

Unless thats an error by Nico, it pretty much confirms what I have suspected all along, those 500s are 1/24. Anybody got pictures of one next to something for comparison?

And can a standard car enter, or just slightly modded, as I'm thinking there might be people who would like to get involved and send an entry but can't do the chassis building bit!

And where are you going to get those other two bodies from? Sound like another couple of projects for me! Two, I suspect, in the case of the Toyota!

I think it will be the Elise then, but keep voting!

All bodies are 1/32 and come from Pendle's site, here.

PS. Graham, I did see the Smart car, but i fgured being so small, and quite tall, it would be undrivable, how does your's go?

PPS. Two people suggested the Fiat 500, and yet there is only one vote for it
. Someone doesn't know how to use a poll...
