I should make sure that the wheel insert is a good fit in the alloy whell and use a couple of dabs of evo stick ,that will definately hold it ,or is you are feeling beave try instant glue

I like to use good old PVA "white glue" partly because I can use a fair bit, and if I get any spillage infront of the insert it is hard to see. But mainly because if I ever need to get them out, I just toss the wheel in hot water and the glue softens up, and you can easily push the insert out with an axle.
