So, is dropbear also threadbear? Topicbear doesn't work for me.
I do agree with Dopamine that if a post is deleted, it should say so, and as Portal said, it would be best to just remove the offending words rather than the whole thing.
The way it is currently done is most annoying.
Returning to the topic, this is a forum for discussions, not a collection of monologues.

I also love pyjamas, jam, guns and Houston Texas!

I don‘t think you can own a tread since you publish it in the public domain. Anyone can react, and those reaction don‘t always have anything to do with the topic.
You could feel some kind of responsibility to keep the tread going in the right direction although that is sometimes harder than you think. Not only are you depending on your fellow members and the moderators but it is also hard to shake of a troll especially if he has taken you as his main target because of something that happened in the past.

Funny to read on Wikipedia that trolling became such a nuisance that even legal action can be taken. In the UK for example you could be sentences up to 2 years in prison: Internet troll - Wikipedia

I think you mean 'thread' not 'tread' or are you obsessed with footwear...?

Wise words from Wikipedia, especially the first sentence of the [Usage] section in the article you referred to;
'Application of the term troll is subjective. Some readers may characterize a post as trolling, while others may regard the same post as a legitimate contribution to the discussion, even if controversial.'

Having a sense of humour amongst the absurdity of it all? Nope, not allowed....best call the cops now.

Again you‘re reacting on a posting in this tread, you already assume it is a about you. You‘re so keen to continue your personal vendetta with Munter but he doesn‘t react so you get more and more frustrated now having to find typos to argument about with your so-called smart remark about footwear, can‘t you do any better then that? I‘m disappointed in you (n)

Insulting members of the forum and calling them names is not a legitimate contribution to the forum, and you know that very well.
