I always get mine by Mail Order from Grand Prix Models.

Use the search button at the bottom of the screen called "Jump Station" and call up "Adhesives and Materials", you will find it there.
If you are very lucky they may also send you one of their "Four Small Wheels" publications, which is real eye candy.
