as the title says, im looking to getting some 1/32 figures for my track, unpainted not a problem, price is a big deal. Ive never had much look scouring the internet for good examples, so i would be pleased if people could let me know what they do for figures.

If you're not after personality figures, but merely bulking up the numbers. There are inexpensive bulk packs of figures available on eBay quite regularly in the model rail section.

cheers kev mate your a star

ember I have seen those plain passengers before, im more looking for automobile figures, not F1 pit crew or scantily clad pit girls but drivers in jump suits and mechanics etc. I find a lot of the stuff available to be ridiculously priced, I think the value of similar plastic figures for war gamers is about 50p each so for example 5 pit girls at £15 is massively excessive especially as the paint jobs are pretty bad and lifeless.

MRRC makes 4 or 5 different sets of figures that are in line with what you are asking. I bought 10 packs for my White Lake f1 Ring. I think they were about 10 figures per box. They come white so you can paint as you like. I'm in the US but I bought from some place in the UK online. It started with a "P" I thought. I apologize I didn't save the link. I have seen these figures on many tracks posted in the forum. Here's a quick pick of some of mine...

Oh and price was VERY reasonable.

Happy hunting!

Just a Question someone may be able to answer which brand has actually got the scale correct ? most common in Aus are carrera and scalextric and compared to each other the
Carrera are smaller and thinner.

I would say the figures that look the best proportioned are; MRRC - PRIESLER - FLY (bit small) - SLOT-IT - TARN - LeMANS MINIATURES and the SCALEXTRIC PIT FIGURES.

Some of the SRA figures are well proportioned but on the whole, oversized (especialy their heads) The early SCALEXTRIC figures seem oversized (and tall) I persoonally think the CARRERA figures are a joke. Skinny (especially the femail ones with arm's & leg's like matchsticks), the eye's are well oversized black dot's. The only thing going for them, is that thay are posable.

Tom, go on eBay ADVANCED SEARCH type in a selection of words like FIGURES - DRIVER'S - SPECTATORS - change the r/h drop-down to ALL WORDS ANY ORDER... Then for the next blank box add HO 1/24 1/43 etc to reduce the amount of unwanted listings.
Search in TOYS & GAMES
Drop down to about 1/3 rd from the bottom and change SEARCH SETTINGS to WORLDWIDE.

Press search and choose the the variety that come's up.
