My wife would argue that my collection is out of control (around 30 cars!). However, I collect my cars to use them. Granted, some of them may see a lot more track time than others, but I haven't got one car which hasn't been out of its box.

Occasional cars have been sourced for specific race series etc.
If I like the vehicle, then I'll buy it. Whether it's competitive is another story!
