Hi Mac.

Nothing in the EB format or trophies has changed since the last one you did back in 2011.

We have not dropped the poster, I am not the greatest at the 'Web' thing and picture posting is not my forte'.

The Concours trophies are of the same status as the racing trophies, but guys vote with their feet. The concours class receives fewer entries these days, despite me encouraging guys to have a go.

The standard of the top models is still excellent, just fewer people interested in that side of the event.

Regards Bill.
Hi Bill, Ill say no more only to wish WSCC all the very best.

cheers

I was asked by an entrant if with the, by EB standards, lower entry than normal, if a double class entry would be available.

After speaking with the club seniors, this has been given the green light.

We will allow up to 9 double entries, at an extra £5.00 per entry to be paid on the day. If we get 8 or more GP entries, this will then be run as a separate class with its own step up finals.

Please state if you wish to take a double, two class entry. Note, the double entry is for 1 F1 model and 1 GP model, not two of the same class.

I will place DE by all those who take the extra entry. First come, first served.

Regards Bill.

Hi Matt.

You are confirmed as last double class entry.

Dave,

Will keep you as 1st reserve.

Good chance of getting the second entry, as on the day we do have the odd 'no show'.

Cheers Bill.
Hi John....

Team Isle of Man are staying at Premier Inn Wolverhampton North....our usual digs for these meetings.

Hi all,

I've booked my hotel so I'd better start building a pre '51 car. I haven't built anything for 4 or 5 years but I've got a couple of 50's cars that should run.

I'll have to dust my track down and clear all the cr*p off it so I can do some testing :)

Cheers

John

Hi guys,

Yet again I'm going to have to cancel my entry, a shame as apart from everything else the hotel is booked and paid for.

I haven't raced for nearly 3 years and the GP model I'm working on would have been my first build for around 5 years. It became apparent I wasn't going to finish tonight as my heath limits my stamina and components that should have fitted didn't. Hopefully I'll finish it for the Rockingham Classic.

Have a great meeting and I'll catch up later.

Cheers

John
