The World Rally Championship is celebrating the 50th anniversary this year.

Although there is a WRC50 logo, the base version has a nod to slot-cars. (Need to expand to see it)
Rallye Monte-Carlo is underway currently.

Nice logo. ......But, as of this season, I'm done with WRC. It seemed to be a good time, with the change of regs/specs. I did say I was done before the start of the '17 season, but this time it's for good.

Purely classics/historics for me from now on - RallyLegend etc, etc.

Yeah, I had decided not to renew my subscription but the lure of Ogier vs Loeb on Monte-Carlo was too much and I have taken a month's subscription. Glad I did as the drama is intense. Elfyn and Scott just spun out and over an edge. They are both OK and car pretty unharmed but its sitting on a steep slope with the next bit of the stage below so red-flagged. Some spectators wanted to help but marshals wisely said no as the road they had come off was a curve and the next cars were incoming and there is great potential for injuries if the car slipped backwards while they were holding on to a tow-rope or such.
