Thanks to you and your good lady, for another terrific days classic racing. The mornings weather was not the best, but the makeshift pit 'Tent' did its job!
I thought at the time my couple of de-slots when leading you in the class 1 final might prove costly...how right I was!
Well done to Mike Thompson on his overall win, the first non Mick/Bill Yorkley Classic overall winner. (just hope he does'nt make a habit of it!).
Great speed shown by young Ben Clements, I think its time his 'Tuner' (Dad Keith) let him prepare his own models!!
As always at your events, the food and refreshments were superb, many thanks to Mrs Wall for that.
Please put me down for the June 2012 Classic.

Arrived back home at 0610 this morning after a reasonable sea crossing and got my head down for another 3 hours.
Please book me in as a provisional for next June: I hope it does not clash with anything else over here in the Isle of Man.

Another excellent days racing down there in the Forrest of Dean.
Thankyou to Mike and Marilyn for putting on these very enjoyable events.
I think I prefer the track running in reverse, but it's pretty good either way.

I took a few pictures, will get them up later today hopefully.
Have made a note of all the pencilled in entries for next June - 7 to date and its only 9 months away.
There MAY be another Christmas/New Year event again this year. Its usually a dead week in between the 2 "festivals" and Last years event proved popular. Just got to look at the best day and classes to run - any ideas?

Mick kerr's winning concours Lotus 30 - also 3rd in 1963-67 Sports/GT final
Mike Wall's 1937 Delage D6 Le-Mans car. 2nd in concours and winner of pre-1949 Sports/GT final
Mick kerr's 3rd in concours ferrari 250GTO. Also won final of 49-62 Sports/GT race
Proves good looking cars can also race well.
Bill Charters Maserati A6GS. 2nd in pre-49 Sports/GT
