The Slot.It Jags come with removable spats, and if you want to build a spatted one you have to GLUE them in or they'll rattle out on the first lap!
As for Jag V12s, I was sent up to Browns Lane in the middle 60s to strain gauge a couple of Mk Xs they had there, and both had early V12s installed. The 4 cam one had such a restricted turning circle due to the very wide engine that they had to use a trolley jack under the front cross-member to get it out of the garage!
